Link messengers

Connect messengers to the application to send notifications and chat with your clients.

In the Quick Start section, we will only cover linking WhatsApp to save time. For instructions on linking other channels, please refer to the corresponding sections.

Step 1: Open WhatsApp on Your Phone

Open WhatsApp on your phone and navigate to the settings menu. Select "Linked Devices" to proceed.

Step 2: Tap "Link a Device"

Tap on the "Link a Device" button. This will open the camera on your phone to scan a QR code.

Step 3: Scan the QR Code

On your computer, open the application and navigate to the WhatsApp integration section. A QR code will be displayed. Use your phone to scan this QR code.

Step 4: Wait for Synchronization

After scanning the QR code, wait for the synchronization process to complete. This may take a few moments. Once completed, your WhatsApp account will be linked to the application, and you can start using it to send notifications and chat with your clients.
